Abstract
Disulfide erhöhen die Transfektionseffizienz und vermindern die Toxizität kationischer Polymere für den Gentransport. Eine quantitative Analyse der biologischen Reduktion eines dendritischen Polykations in vier Zelllinien liefert wichtige Informationen für das Verständnis und die Optimierung biologisch reduzierbarer Wirkstoff‐ und Gentransportsysteme.
